InspireTel started when our founder, Jaco Meintjes, was tasked with upgrading a corporate phone system for around 300 users. After working through proposal after proposal, the same thought kept coming up: the technology was not the problem—the buying process was. It was confusing, sales-heavy, and full of unnecessary friction.
InspireTel was built to make business VoIP easier to understand, easier to buy, and easier to support. Today, that mindset still shapes how we work: tell the truth, keep it simple, and build solutions that actually fit the client.
We typically work with South African businesses that need a more reliable office phone system, clearer call handling, easier support, and a rollout plan that does not disrupt operations.
