As an IT Manager for a medium-sized corporate this thought kept going through my head as I was looking at the 10 proposals on my desk to replace our ageing telephone system... and so InspireTel was born.
Inspiretel came to life after a gap in the market was identified to provide Enterprise grade solutions to the SME market while still offering cost-effective solutions to the SME market. This was made possible by considerable competition in the market as well as a move of focus towards the SME markets from suppliers that would typically only focus on the Enterprise market. Our clients will benefit from enterprise-grade solutions without paying enterprise pricing.
We endeavour to position ourselves as a solution-driven company that truly seeks to partner with our clients. We want our customers to experience us as partners and not just solution providers.
We will focus on the SME market with businesses as small as 5 users going up to 200 users and more. Our solutions will be aggressively priced but we will also focus more on value than simply on price. We strongly believe that customers will choose value over price if presented properly.
