This privacy policy explains how InspireTel ("we", "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information when you use inspiretel.co.za and related services. We process personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

What we collect
- Contact form:name, email address, phone number, company name, message content, and optional "how did you find us" selection.
- Support tickets: information you submit via Zoho Desk when raising a support request.
- Site chat: transcript of messages exchanged through our on-site chat widget.
- Analytics: anonymised usage data via Umami Analytics. We do not use tracking cookies for analytics on this site.
Why we process it
We use personal information to:
- respond to enquiries and quote requests;
- provide VoIP, PBX, and support services to clients;
- manage support tickets and service communications;
- improve website performance and content; and
- meet legal and contractual obligations.
Retention
We retain enquiry and support records for as long as needed to respond, provide services, resolve disputes, and comply with law. Analytics data is retained according to Umami's platform policies.
Third-party operators
- Vercel — website hosting and content storage (Vercel Blob).
- Umami — privacy-focused website analytics (cloud.umami.is).
- Zoho Desk — customer support ticketing.
- Email delivery provider — transactional email for website enquiries (Resend when configured).
These operators process data on our instructions and under their own privacy terms where applicable.
Your rights
Under POPIA, you may request:
- access to personal information we hold about you;
- correction of inaccurate information;
- deletion where legally permitted; and
- objection to certain processing.

Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of this website and to preliminary discussions about InspireTel services. A separate signed agreement governs any paid engagement.
- Quotes are indicative until confirmed in writing. Pricing depends on scope, users, sites, licensing, and rollout complexity.
- Support is provided per our published support channels and any agreed SLA. See our support page for contact options and hours.
- Liability for website use and pre-contract discussions is limited to fees paid for the relevant service, except where law prohibits such limitation.
- Governing law: South African law applies. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
